The fourteen days

Day 0 · The brief. Your problem and the result you want, written back as a one-page brief the same day.
Day 1 · The front end. The real front end on day 1: the screens you will use, clickable, on sample data. No wireframes.
Day 2 · Sprint 1 starts. Three-day sprints. Every sprint ends with something you can click.
Day 3 · Demo 1. The first working flow on the real front end.
Day 4 · Sprint 2. Forms and the entry flow. You use it; we watch.
Day 6 · Demo 2. Your data flows in. Tables, charts, exports.
Day 7 · The model arrives. An open model is loaded on hardware we control. Your data stays on it.
Day 9 · Model in. It answers questions about your data, locally, and cites the row.
Day 10 · Automations. Nightly jobs, logged, behind a human gate, with a kill switch.
Day 12 · Demo 3. Tests and edge cases: the things you would break first.
Day 13 · Handover. Source, docs, a walkthrough. No lock-in.
Day 14 · Delivered. A working product in your hands, measured against the result you asked for.

What does BuildWithIK build?

Bespoke software, end to end: the web, the app, the data, the automations, the assistant. Built from scratch for one business's problem, never from a template.

How long does a first build take?

Fourteen days to a working product: day 3 the first screen you can click, day 6 your data, day 9 the model, day 14 delivered and handed over. Three-day sprints. A working release every two weeks. A written recap every week. The first build of every project is a substantial release.

What does it cost?

Roughly half of a US agency's cost, fixed in writing before we start. No prices on the site, on purpose.

Where does my data go?

Open models, on hardware we control. No customer data to consumer AI.

Where are you registered?

Registered in the United States. We contract, invoice and bank in the US. Built by our own team.

Who builds it?

Three co-founders, no juniors on your build: Sashank Thapa (CEO), Anup Rao (CTO), Rose Dhakal (CFO, United States).

What protects me?

NDA first. Full handover of code and documents. No lock-in. 30-day warranty.

What is AI's role?

The means, not the product. Deterministic code finds candidates and enforces the rules; the model reads the evidence, judges and explains, and every answer cites its source. AI is why a first build takes two weeks.
